Account Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive consultation.

Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions to support their business goals.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and account growth objectives.

Address client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring resolutions align with company policies and values.

Monitor and report on account performance, industry trends, and market conditions to improve decision-making.

Everyday responsibilities include:

  • Maintain regular contact with clients through emails, calls, meetings, or virtual platforms to address concerns, provide updates, and build trust.
  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers.
  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion.
  • Address any client complaints or concerns by actively troubleshooting and escalating them to relevant internal teams when needed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client service preferred.
  • Exceptional ability and willingness to meet client needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for managing interactions with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • A knack for managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
