About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the capital stagegate process in a 1-year hybrid position based in St. Paul, MN. You will play a critical part in keeping projects moving by serving as a centralized coordination and documentation resource for the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to engineers to gather required inputs and supporting documentation
• Complete and updating stagegate intake forms and supporting materials
• Track project progress through the capital approval process and maintaining accurate status records
• Coordinate with stagegate and finance teams when scopes, schedules, or budgets change
• Ensuring documentation is complete
• Follow up on missing information and auditing documentation for accuracy
• Be the important point of coordination between engineering, finance, and other team members

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Project coordination or administrative support experience
• Utility or construction background is a plus but not required

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $45-50/hr.
