About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Project Coordinator to join our Intellectual Property (IP) team. This role is ideal for a project management professional with a foundational understanding of intellectual property and a strong passion for driving operational excellence through project coordination. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing critical IP initiatives-ensuring timely collaboration, execution, and successful delivery of key projects.
Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. This role must work hybrid from our Arden Hills, MN office. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines, within budget, and by following structured and repeatable procedures
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with stakeholders
- Acquire resources and coordinate efforts of team members or consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Act as a liaison with stakeholders and effectively communicate expectations in a timely and clear manner
- Maintain and manage project tracking tools and software to provide visibility to stakeholders and senior leaders
- Conduct post-project reviews and communicate lessons learned to identify successful outcomes and areas for improvement
- Create high-quality project materials including PowerPoint presentations, tracking documents, and change communications
- Provide light administrative support including calendar coordination, event planning, and travel logistics
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of project coordination experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with intellectual property or IP legal teams
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
