Our agency client is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator! High-level details of this role: - Starts as soon as the right candidate is found - Up to 40 hours/week - 3-4 month contract to start, with potential to extend and/or convert to direct hire The ideal candidate: - 1-4 years' project management experience, ideally in an agency or in-house marketing team setting - Experience managing projects in the direct mail / direct marketing space (required) - Experience managing digital projects (email and landing page production) is a huge plus! - Proficient in Workfront is preferred, or a similar PM tool - Proactive and takes initiative - Able to lead project meetings internally to discuss project status - Understanding of the direct mail process, workflows, and creative production process is ideal In this role, as Creative Project Coordinator, you will join their direct marketing team and be responsible for: - Manage 15-20 projects concurrently. Projects will include direct mail, email, digital display banners and landing pages - Act as the liaison between their internal teams and client - Develop project plans in support of their clients' strategies and ensure all projects are delivered on time - Oversee budgets, timelines, and creative processes - Create estimates and schedule plans in collaboration with internal team members - Leverage Workfront (their PM tool) to help organize and facilitate work - Track internal time to ensure hours are logged consistently and so the project stays within budget - Close and bill jobs
