POSITION OVERVIEW: Focuses on personal sales targets by developing new business opportunities, troubleshooting customer problems and enhancing existing customer relationships. Contacts large sized 3PL, VAWD and Freight Forwarder customers, prospects and collaborates with other sales professionals as a transportation intermediary expert within a defined geographic territory to sell LTL services.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves major account sales goals. Plans and executions for major customer sales strategies. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience five (5) years of business-to-business sales experience required. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong initiative, organizational skills, and adaptability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce. Mid-level negotiation skills and ability to offer competitive pricing. Ability to collaborate with local operations teams. Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape. Ability to manage time and territory effectively.
JOB CONDITIONS: Ability to travel overnight as required.
Pay: Annual Salary: $94,693.00 - $151,509.00 The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
