Sales Account Manager

Responsible for selling, promoting and revenue generation. To manage existing contact within clients, as well as develop new clients and business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish target accounts for CETCO.
  • Actively develop existing accounts and new customers.
  • Generate revenue by developing target accounts as well as selling existing accounts in the region.
  • Coordinate internal resources to properly design, implement and document projects.
  • Learn and understand work processes in all aspects of operations, internal resource management, operations, engineering, project management, and administrative.
  • Work with Senior Management, Project Managers, Operations and engineers to support ongoing project work and/or clients and develop internal relationships within existing accounts to understand clientele needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals and documentation required to respond to client's requests and support Senior Management(s) business development activities.
  • Interact with clients at a professional level to develop strong business relationships.
  • Conduct one's self in a professional way that promotes teamwork and sets the proper example to all expected at the management level.
  • Develop relationships with internal operations, engineering, and project management groups to facilitate successful project implementation.
  • Able to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Willingness to learn and share assignments.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively deal with deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Strong team player.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

OE/Lean

  • Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • 4 years Outside Sales with emphasis on technical sales.
  • Proven experience in customer relationships.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must be versed on Sales Force for leads, opportunities, proposals and etc.
  • Strong preference for direct selling experience in filtration, well testing and produced and slop water treatment, water treatment applications using all techniques.
  • Understanding of the Filtration on WT Flowback, Produced Water Market for GoA and US Region.
  • Outstanding communication skills with individuals and groups.

Travel: Auto and Air travel required. Travel to customer sites, appointments and to corporate meetings may require you to work away from home on occasions. Travel may be up to 60% of the time.

Working Conditions are regularly not conducting work in a controlled office environment, sitting at a desk. On a regular basis exposure to working and plant environments which include exposure to outside weather conditions as well as loud noise from operation and dust from work environments.

Work Hours: Working hours vary depending on customer availability and scheduling, etc.
