Your Role: Account Executive (Salesforce Services)

We're looking for a high-potential Account Executive with 2–3 years of experience in technology or consulting sales. This is a hybrid role , based in Plano, Texas , with in-office presence just 3 days a month .

You'll be responsible for managing portions of the sales cycle, contributing to business development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help grow our Salesforce services portfolio in the U.S. market.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Generate, qualify, and engage new business opportunities across verticals such as Financial Services, Hi-Tech, and Public Sector.
  • Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and proposal follow-ups to understand client challenges and present Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Support and collaborate on end-to-end sales motions, from initial conversations to contracting, in partnership with senior sales and solution teams.
  • Prepare decks, pitch materials, and client proposals with a strong storytelling lens.
  • Track pipeline progress and maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce ecosystem developments, product updates, and competitive positioning.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting – ideally in a technology, SaaS, or Salesforce-related environment.

  • A consultative mindset with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing tasks and follow-ups.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with periodic travel to the Plano office.
