Milani Cosmetics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in supporting the execution of key retail account deliverables across major retailers and channels, helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully right away, while immersing yourself in a fast-moving environment that provides visibility into account management, sales operations, and customer strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Complete retailer-facing paperwork, forms, and portal submissions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain sales trackers, templates, and databases, ensuring fields are updated consistently.
• Enter and manage data across multiple platforms, including Excel, PowerPoint, and retailer portals.
• Support the development of PowerPoint decks for customer meetings and internal presentations.
• Collaborate with account leads and the Sr. Sales Director to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Ensure submissions align with retailer-specific formatting and compliance requirements.
• Learn and navigate retailer systems and tools to support account management and execution.
