Job Title
Miele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.
Your responsibilities:
- accepting and processing home appliance orders from our retail partners via mails (Swiss market);
- mail product advice, checking the ability to deliver and possibly offering alternative solutions;
- creation of offers in coordination with the sales force;
- clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;
- entry and release of credit notes and returns according to specifications;
- checking and completing work execution;
- processing general administrative tasks of the department;
Our requirements:
- B2 level of German language;
- relevant work experience in a customer service;
- good team-player able to work in cross cultural team;
- attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
