The Global Transact Services team is part of Microsoft Business Operations (MBO) and the Operations Service Centre (OSC). We support implementation activities across multiple stakeholdersāOperations, Finance, Trade, Compliance, and moreāenabling our customers and partners to transact efficiently and ensuring a seamless experience.
Role Overview
As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, executing, and operationalizing launch plans for key initiatives. You will be responsible for driving technical solutions (with a strong emphasis on Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform), managing end-to-end project delivery, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
