Join the Retail and Consumer Goods Organization as a Consulting Account Manager to contribute to the thinking of the Account Team and the Consulting Account Team.
You will determine planning prioritization for multiple assigned accounts and prioritize appropriately across them. You will proactively seek customer feedback and insights on business priorities and objectives. You will understand how to plan stakeholder connections in alignment with the core account team and proactively build and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the customer.
You will leverage Microsoft Consulting go-to-market scenarios to drive intentional customer conversations about Microsoft Cloud adoption. You will identify, qualify, lead, manage, and close strategic industry cloud opportunities on prioritized accounts. You will orchestrate the consulting-sales relationship with the core account team, working closely with Enterprise colleagues.
You will leverage account team insights to build quality close plans for all qualified opportunities. You will ensure all applicable leads and qualified opportunities are linked to customer priorities in the account plan. You will drive discussions of terms and conditions and maintain relationships with the customer to secure formal signing of contracts.
