Account Executive – Healthcare

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – Healthcare to join our team in the UK and work closely with a range of Arms Length Bodies (ALBs) in the NHS. ALBs provide a range of vital services to the NHS and we have an opportunity to work with these organizations to improve productivity using technology, thereby improving the delivery of vital services essential to running the NHS.

We are looking for a leader with a passion for supporting the NHS and a highly collaborative working style to help our customers transform healthcare in the UK, resulting in positive commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction.

As an Account Executive, you’ll work with an Account Technology strategist and a large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio. With your deep understanding of the NHS, you’ll engage at the most senior levels of a set of ALBs and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us with:

• Proven track record in account management, ideally within healthcare or public sector
• Ability to lead virtual teams in matrixed environments, build and maintain strong relationships, and manage complex sales cycles
• Strong understanding of the NHS’s operating environment, challenges, and transformation agenda, and familiarity with NHS structures, funding models and digital health initiatives
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft product offering and the opportunities this presents to transform healthcare
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
