We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Mason, Michigan. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices, ensuring smooth operations for end users. This is a long-term contract position that requires a commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to O365 applications and Active Directory.
• Configure and maintain network and multifunction printers, ensuring optimal performance.
• Assist end users with technical challenges involving Apple and Android devices.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security using backup technologies.
• Install, configure, and maintain Dell and Cisco devices to meet organizational needs.
• Utilize configuration management tools to streamline systems and processes.
• Deliver support for Citrix technologies, ensuring seamless remote access for users.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve system reliability and user satisfaction.
• Travel between Mason and Lakeview locations to provide consistent support across sites.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in desktop support, with expertise in O365 and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Dell, Cisco, and Citrix technologies.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in supporting Apple and Android devices.
• Experience with configuration management and backup technologies.
• Ability to manage network and multifunction printers effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between Mason and Lakeview locations as needed.
