Customer Service Associate

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, maintaining security of cash and company assets, keeping the store well-stocked, and ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Responsibilities also include maintaining the cleanliness of the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Other duties as assigned.

Skills and experience required include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment, ability to follow instructions, ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs., excellent customer service and relationship management skills, and strong organizational and communication skills.
