Classroom Support Technician
This position is responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of classroom technology and meeting room audio/visual technology on the Oakland University campuses. The Classroom Support Technician will work in conjunction with other members of Classroom Support Services, CSITS, and University Technology Services to resolve technology issues submitted to CSITS. Will be expected to participate with other members of the CSITS team on new and renovated building projects for any technology installations on the Oakland University campuses. This position will work effectively with other University employees in both Facilities and UTS. Provide consultation and advising to the campus community on issues related to technology use, troubleshooting, acquisition of technology equipment to meet the specific needs of departments, units, and individuals.
