Job Description

Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts within the business services industry. You will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and lead generation within your target market and territory. Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale. Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new. Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources. Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates. Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates. Contract negotiation with prospective clients.

The Successful Applicant

Prospecting experience is required. Closing business is required. Proven track record of consistently achieving quotas or objectives. Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, develop as a sales professional. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Adaptable, coachable and curious.
