Manage assigned territory, including all customer revenue, bookings, and gross margin. Maintain and grow existing accounts while engaging all customer departments-engineering, program management, purchasing, and operations. Communicate customer requirements internally and build strong, long-term partnerships. Accurately report major customer forecasts and provide strategic insights to drive opportunity closure. Identify, qualify, and manage New Business Opportunities (NBOs) across full product and service portfolio. Fully document all customers, contacts, meetings, and opportunities in Salesforce. Approximately 60-70% travel, including local day trips and overnight/multi-day trips across the territory. Drive new design wins and revenue growth in Defense, Aerospace, Commercial, and Industrial markets. Effectively present products' features, benefits, and value differentiation to prospective customers.
