Project Coordinator
As the Project Coordinator, you will report into Project Management leadership and act as a central point of coordination across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project administration
- Managing and maintaining project documentation including contracts, submittals, and close-out packages
- Assisting with procurement, subcontractor onboarding, and compliance tracking
- Coordinating project correspondence, meeting minutes, and reporting
- Supporting schedule updates and basic cost tracking as required
- Acting as a liaison between office and site teams to ensure clear communication

For the Project Coordinator role, we are seeking:
- Experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer role within commercial construction
- Background working for a general contractor on public or private sector projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with construction documentation, submittals, and subcontractor compliance
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, self-directed approach aligned with a culture of trust and accountability
