Construction Project Coordinator
The Construction Project Coordinator provides critical support to project teams throughout all phases of construction. This position is office-based with regular interaction with field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination and documentation
- Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change logs, and drawing revisions
- Maintain organized project files in accordance with company standards
- Distribute project documents to internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items
- Support project schedules and procurement tracking
- Assist with cost reporting, pay applications, and closeout documentation
- Coordinate communication between the office, field teams, designers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal procedures

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction administration, coordination, or project support
- Experience working with a general contractor is preferred
- Familiarity with construction documents, RFIs, and submittals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; construction software experience (Procore, CMiC, or similar) is a plus
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to grow into an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager role over time
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
