Job Description

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in the retail sector along the East Coast. Build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts including Publix, Wegman's, Wakefern, Food Lion and others. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Support and mentor team members to achieve their full potential. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed.

A successful National Account Manager - East professional should have:
