Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to optimize operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within customer service operations. Handle escalated customer concerns and implement solutions to resolve issues effectively. Prepare and present detailed reports on customer service metrics and team performance to senior leadership. Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance the customer service experience.
