Job Description

Work with the sales team closely to ensure customer satisfaction. Work with customers on customer order details, on time deliveries and overall client satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with the sales department to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Help with order entry details, invoicing and payments. Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure top-notch support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work with finance/accounting on customer orders, accounting and bookkeeping.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service/Accounting Specialist should have:

• 1-3 years in a customer service, order entry or accounting role.
• Willingness to wear many hats and take on tasks outside of your regular job description.
• Strong interpersonal/customer facing skillset.
• Excellent communication.
• Experience with accounting/finance and basic bookkeeping.
• Experience in customer service or order entry within the industrial/manufacturing industry a huge plus.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or other accounting software a plus.
• A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
