Manage and oversee the collections process to ensure timely payments from clients. Collaborate with the legal department to address and resolve client billing issues effectively. Analyze and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts. Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions. Generate reports and provide updates on collection progress to management. Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding collections.
