Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Serve as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions. Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with customer expectations. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience). Proven technical sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or infrastructure. Ability to develop technical documentation and white papers. Experience working with municipalities and government entities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively. Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to dynamic market conditions and evolving client needs. Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Moderate overnight travel (less than 50%), by land or air. Generous benefits. 120-130k base + bonus. Visible path to management and running a territory with a team.
