Upsell: Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth, and propose new ideas, alternative services for clients to spend more budget
Optimization: Work as liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management, and to achieve higher performance
Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure the campaign achievement and satisfaction, to ensure the contract renewal at the highest level
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing/ account management experience in advertising agencies/ e-commerce / direct response environment
Outstanding computer skills, including strong knowledge of Google, Facebook, Line ads platform, Twitter, TikTok, Native ads, and content marketing
Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and technologies
Deep understanding of the company's product and being able to explain it to a client and anyone else when needed
Deep understanding of MediaOption's entire product offering and best practices for campaign effectiveness and cross-selling
Understanding of the country's peculiarities, knowing the main competitors, prices, advertising verticals, and peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, chart making, and manipulation of large data sets
Knowledge of English level - Upper Intermediate, Thai - Advanced/ Native
