The Mercy Virtual Care Center is on the cutting edge of medical technology and support. Telemedicine gives us the capability to give the best care to people when they would not have access to certain specialists utilizing services such as Mercy SafeWatch, Telestroke, Telesepsis, and at home patient monitoring. This position will be directly responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the Mercy telemedicine program. The ideal candidate would have interest in video conferencing, clinical software applications, desktop support, and telecommunications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
