Key Account Manager – Land And Sea-Based Aquaculture Solutions

Our company, the global leader in animal identification, monitoring, and traceability solutions, is looking for a Key Account Manager – Land And Sea-Based Aquaculture Solutions to join our visionary EURAM team (Europe, Russia, and Middle East)!

As our Key Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind expanding our land and sea-based aquaculture technology solutions across the region. You'll combine strategic insight with hands-on sales expertise to build lasting customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, and deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute the EURAM sales strategy
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct sales, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Lead pricing decisions and local marketing initiatives
  • Engage directly with customers — spending at least 50% of your time face-to-face
  • Provide technical support, user training, and after-sales service
  • Map new markets and uncover growth opportunities in the land-based and well boat sectors
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and conferences
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead
  • Contribute to promotional content and product development projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in enterprise sales, preferably with consultative or strategic selling experience
  • Relevant education in aquaculture, engineering, or business
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Deep knowledge of the aquaculture industry and technical product expertise
  • Fluent in English, with willingness to travel within EURAM, fluency in Norwegian will be a big plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent at building trust and rapport with customers
  • Organized, analytical, and a great communicator with a positive, collaborative attitude
