Key responsibilities include proficiently communicating with medical doctors and handling product-related customer queries, actively identifying key and potential medical practitioners and specialists, scheduling and planning calls to targeted doctors, utilizing customer-focused selling techniques, maintaining current protocol and promotional materials, and exploring opportunities to develop new business within the assigned therapy area.
Sales performance and results involve achieving and exceeding sales targets, enhancing productivity levels, carrying out product visibility, and exploring opportunities to develop new businesses. Planning and sales performance management include tactically planning to generate tertiary demand generation, executing field working, handling special product campaigns, and collecting data on annual budget for medicines.
Key account management involves nurturing strategic relationships with top accounts, having a strategic perspective, and mentoring trainees and probationers. Communication meets include participating in cycle meetings, conducting group meetings, and guiding team members in designing and executing scientific activities.
Coaching and supervision involve training, orienting, and handholding new comers, mentoring sales professionals, and providing guidance and coaching to TMs and STMs. Company, industry, and product knowledge include demonstrating knowledge of company products, disease, therapy area, competitor products, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications include a degree in sciences or equivalent, five or more years of relevant experience, and proven experience in articulating data-driven findings to various audience levels.
