Job Purpose: Key Account Manager (KAM) is supporting the business for all organization's portfolio in the key accounts and implementing strategic & long-term business plans for the key accounts, building sustainable engagements and integrating customer insights.
KAM is the primary and a central point of contact for the customers. KAM's goal is to build strategic partnership with key accounts by developing insight, identifying either customer's needs or pain points and co-creating solutions to ensure delivering triple WINs for Patients, Customer and our organization as well as gaining customer expectation and satisfaction. KAM will lead account management approach, integrate account team, drive team alignment, collaboration, and customer-in mindset.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any fields, MBA is preferable
Languages: Fluent in English
Experience: At least 3-5 years in Manager position (Sales, Marketing, KAM) in pharma industry
