Position Overview:
We're seeking self-driven individuals with strong communication skills and experience supporting customers via phone and email. As the voice of McKesson, you'll deliver exceptional service to customers across the U.S. with professionalism, empathy, and care.
Team Start: Monday, November 10
Standard Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday–Friday
6-Week On-Site Training Program: Nov 10 – Dec 19
Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm
Thanksgiving (Thu 11/27): Holiday – No Training
Location: 7343 S Hardy Dr. Ste 101, Tempe AZ 85283
Training includes systems education and shadowing at our Tempe location
Remote Work:
After successful onsite training, team members transition to remote work with full approval.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $19.00/hour ($39,520 Annual)
5% Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus
16 Days PTO + 12 Paid Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer requests, order entry, and product education via phone and email
Process credits for returns, damages, and other issues
Ensure compliance with hazardous materials and cold chain guidelines
Provide timely responses to inquiries and documentation requests
Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs
Qualifications:
1+ year of customer support experience in an office setting
Experience with Phone, Chat, and/or Email communication
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Preferred Skills:
Experience with JD Edwards, Cisco, case management, or Supply Manager
Strong written and verbal communication
Medical/pharmaceutical knowledge a plus
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and resourceful problem solver
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
Traditional office environment with computer-based work
