The Max Planck Institute for Heart and Lung Research (Bad Nauheim, Germany) Imaging Platform invites applications for a full or part time Technical Assistance for Light- and Electron Microscopy (f/m/d).
The Imaging Platform of the MPI-HLR provides MRI, µCT, TEM and light microscopy services for more than 120 scientists from all research groups at the institute. We are a multidisciplinary team, involved in a wide range of research projects, providing imaging solutions for various sample types from cells to whole organisms. To assist our researchers with light microscopy, we provide training and maintenance for our seven confocal and widefield microscopes, help them to optimize and troubleshoot experiments, and provide image analysis services. As the demand for light microscopy services is growing, we are searching for additional support for our team.
