IT Service Tech Pay: $20-25/hour Location: Framingham, MA

A Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware, peripherals, and related systems on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair computer systems and hardware (e.g., laptops, desktops, printers).
• Maintain and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
• Support user accounts (rights, security, group memberships).
• Train employees on how to use or maintain their systems.
• Order and install replacement parts when necessary.
• Recommend products or services to meet customer needs.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with common industry tools, procedures, and best practices.

Education & Experience:

• Preferred: Diploma or Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Required: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in field service or IT support roles.
