Helpdesk Technician (Level 1)

100% onsite. Five days a week onsite in Boston, MA (near Logan Airport) six month contract $25-30 per hour W2. Client is looking for Level 1 Helpdesk Engineers to support a Windows 11 roll-out. Key tasks below:

  1. Upgrade in-place desktops and laptops from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
  2. Replace Windows 10 desktops and laptops with new desktops and laptops.
  3. Candidates will need to reinstall the users applications, re-add the printers, copy the users data.
  4. Knowledge of printers set up is helpful.
