We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records to ensure seamless follow-ups.
• Assist with outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer requests or confirm order details.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to better assist customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Proficiency in data entry and order processing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common office software.
