As the National Account Manager, Home Depot, you will play a key role in driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of strategic joint business plans with Home Depot, setting strategy, objectives, tracking results, and ensuring quick resolution of opportunities and issues.
  • Leveraging strong retail industry expertise to provide leadership to a cross-functional team.
  • Driving data-driven decision-making by providing insights on Masco, our portfolio of brands, industry, and consumer trends.
  • Managing budgets, fill rates, forecasts, analytical tools, Product Line Reviews, Wedges, and promotional planning to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and our North American Home Depot team members to ensure alignment with business overall objectives.
  • Identifying new opportunities to drive growth and strengthen Masco Canada's presence in the retail market.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree/College diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of National Account Management experience in retail, ideally within Home Improvement.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with extensive retail experience and a well-established professional network.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships at multiple levels.
  • Experience in e-commerce and omni-channel strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel between Masco Canada locations, customers, and sister companies as required.
  • French language skills are an asset.
