Your role:
You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a fleet of informatics demonstration systems. Providing technical support for clinical demonstrators and resolving demonstration system-related issues. Installing, configuring, and updating informatics software and hardware components for demonstration purposes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues with demonstration environments. Attend and support assigned industry trade shows like RSNA and HIMSS.
You're the right fit if:
You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. You have acquired 3+ years of experience in IT support. Your skills include VMware, virtual machines, networking, and Windows, Hyper-V. You have strong working knowledge of DICOM standards highly preferred. You have knowledge of Linux, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Pearl, and Python. Experience managing infrastructure with public cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services is a plus. Understanding medical imaging workflow is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 25-50% to customer sites within North America, including overnight stays, and possibly weekend travel, depending on geography and business needs.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is a remote. This role requires travel up to 50% within the US.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in the United States is $70,000 to $180,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
