This job is onsite in Annapolis or at one of this client's several other locations within the State of Maryland. We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of ROW IT systems. This role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with system enhancements, and supporting new system deployments. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at collaborating with both technical teams and end users.
