Client Service Specialist

Kelly is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work with our client, a successful franchisee of a major American financial services organization offering personalized financial advice and wealth management services, on a direct hire basis. This an excellent opportunity to join one of the "World's Most Admired Companies," as recognized by Fortune in 2025! Specifically, the Client Service Specialist will:

  • Greet clients in person and over the phone
  • Receive checks and security deposits, and process new accounts
  • Schedule client consultations
  • Assist Financial Consultant in gathering new assets
  • Proactively uncover additional business development opportunities
  • Place trade orders
  • Answer securities-related questions
  • Deliver outstanding service and provide all clients an exceptional experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses preferred
  • Minimum two years' experience in a direct client facing role, ideally in financial services, retirement planning, or wealth management
  • Understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to develop and maintain good cross enterprise working relationships
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
