We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and offers an opportunity for growth into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
• Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems. Update customer profiles and track interactions for quality assurance. Generate reports as needed for management review.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – verbal and written proficiency required.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
