• Be the strategic partner for our clients—part translator, part problem-solver, part trusted ally.
• Turn bold ideas into real campaigns that get results (and respect).
• Keep projects moving smoothly, from brainstorms to launch days.
• Work with designers, writers, media planners, and digital strategists to make sure everything stays sharp, smart, and on target.
• Build relationships that last longer than a Spotify playlist—because your clients don't just like working with you, they love it.

• Experience in account management, client services, or agency life.
• Senior living marketing experience is a bonus (and preferred!)—but not a dealbreaker if you're eager to learn the space.

• Strong communication skills—you know how to read the room and keep clients confident.
• Curiosity, energy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool.
