Export Customer Service Officer

In an international context marked by increasing regulatory complexity and product diversification, the role of Export Customer Service Officer is key to ensure the smooth operation of cross-border order flows within the Value Chain Operations function. This position applies standardized export processes for pet food between the export hub and Royal Canin units worldwide, to guarantee product availability and excellent customer service.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management or a similar field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Customer Service or Supply Chain, in interface between supply functions and import parties. Proficiency in computer tools (ERP, Office Pack). Solid knowledge of export operations: Incoterms, customs clearance, international transport, export documentation requirements.

Fluency in English (C1 level) is required. Basic APICS certification is appreciated. Adaptability in a multicultural environment.

Your missions will include managing the processing of orders from the export hub to the exit point of the exporting region while ensuring compliance with procedures. Coordinating logistics flows between factories, customers, authorities, carriers, and customs. Managing transport modes (truck, maritime, air) and tracking shipments to the exit of borders.

Preparing and verifying export documents in accordance with international regulations, in collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs team. Communicating proactively with customers on order status, shipping schedules, documents, invoices, and credit notes. Supporting customer portfolios on export/import issues and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Following up on credit notes and market performance; conducting regular meetings with importing units to review orders and performance indicators. Sharing best practices and reporting risks or problems to the relevant teams.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives with the Regional Export Manager.

Within Royal Canin, the Commercial Delegate Pro is responsible for developing partnerships with professional actors in the world of dogs and cats (breeders, clubs, trainers, etc.) in a defined territory. They implement commercial action plans in line with the national strategy and sector needs.

We are looking for candidates with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree (commerce, sales). First successful experience in a commercial role. Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and a taste for the field. Ability to negotiate, analyze data, and manage priorities. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Initiative, creativity, and autonomy.

Your main responsibilities will include recommending and promoting the prescription of Royal Canin health nutrition solutions. Ensuring brand visibility and respect for its image in the field. Implementing a commercial action plan tailored to each client. Deploying Royal Canin services and supporting their adoption among target clients. Participating in professional exhibitions and events. Following quantitative and qualitative objectives of the sector. Identifying client needs (technical assistance, veterinary, etc.) and mobilizing the right contacts.

Working closely with internal teams (customer service, ADV, sales managers, etc.). Conducting regular reporting in the CRM and contributing to the continuous improvement of the action plan.
