We are looking for a highly motivated and agile Customer Service Coordinator to join our Turkey Supply Chain team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the order-to-cash cycle with operational excellence, ensuring that our customers receive timely, accurate, and high-quality service.
In addition to managing day-to-day order operations, we are also seeking someone eager to grow into strategic supply chain initiatives, participate in improvement projects, and contribute to our journey toward a more integrated and agile end-to-end supply chain.
This role requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional FMCG environment—always in line with Mars Five Principles: Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency, and Freedom.
