We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Power and Renewables team at Marsh.

We will count on you to:

• Understand the power and renewables risk landscape from the financing models to complex contracting environment, regulatory regimes, climate risks, supply chain exposures etc.
• Understand power and renewable clients' strategic business priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs, and provide advice accordingly, to successfully serve the client as their risk advisor of the future.
• Responsibility for driving growth initiatives, including suggesting and building innovative solutions for new clients and new projects.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver renewal and placement strategies.
• Have deep market relationships to provide informed advice to clients including conducting market negotiations.

What you need to have:

• Power and renewables experience including construction and operational risks.
• Client and/or market facing experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and collaborates effectively with others – a team player.
