We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health & Benefits team at Marsh. This role will primarily support Group Life claims and underwriting requests and will be based in the Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role you will support Employee Health & Benefits colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through accurate, efficient, and timely responses to insurance transaction queries across the insurance life cycle.
Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive the standardisation of processes and procedures, including driving timely and accurate production/processing of queries relating to claims and underwriting. You will provide legally compliant work to clients/insurers and enter accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics.
