Client Services Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Service team at Mercer. This role will be based in our Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As the Client Services Manager, you will act as a critical link between our clients, financial advisors and other support staff managing a variety of client service tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance standards. We will count on you to: Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Prepare and process financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews. Support advisors by managing client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions. Handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation. Attend client meetings as needed to record file notes. Write requests for paraplanning to ensure SOA's are done accurately and reflective of the clients needs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Assist with training and mentoring junior client service team members. Be solutions focused and look at areas to improve efficiency. What you need to have: Minimum of 2 years in a financial planning, wealth management, or client service role. Proficient in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite. Good understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations. RG146 compliant What makes you stand out: Other relevant Financial Planning studies will be considered.
