A day in the life.

As our Associate Account Manager on the Retirement Services team, you'll maintain professional ethics and ensure regulatory compliance while preparing and coordinating detailed client reports and documentation. You will support new business development by assisting with proposals, client meetings, and contract completion to help grow the business. Additionally, you will provide ongoing client service by communicating regularly, resolving issues, coordinating meetings and education sessions, and building strong client relationships. You will also stay informed on market products and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and retention. Your role may include travel to client locations to foster and expand client partnerships.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Missouri Life & Health Producer's License (may be obtained upon hire)

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Three to five years' retirement plan experience
