Associate Deskside Operations Analyst

The Associate Deskside Operations Analyst is responsible for specialized information technology areas performing operational, analytical, and/or technical support functions to maintain and improve the end users and experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide 1st point of contact/triage support, assisting the Networks, Collaboration or Operations teams where required.
  • Supporting the business, contacting the end users encountering challenges for troubleshooting and root cause analysis for accurate assignment and timely resolution.
  • Complete Install, Move, Add, Change activity across our European Offices via ServiceNow Service Requests.
  • Coordinating SOHO Kit shipment for existing employees and new starters. Understand principles and practices of ITIL standards.
  • Providing initial triage and support for conference room equipment escalating accordingly where required.
  • Provide support for all office IT hardware – including laptops, docking stations, peripherals, printers, etc.
  • Support the end user IT experience and enabling them to use the technology within the environment, using the relevant Documentation and Knowledge base articles provided.
  • Use existing troubleshooting steps and techniques to solve routine or standard service incidents.
  • Picking up assigned Deskside related tickets where required, working with the team to resolve within desired timelines.
  • Providing IT Onboarding and Offboarding for new hires, and subsequently, when Staff leave the business
  • Liaising with our corporate vendors in dealing with reported BreakFix issues on IT hardware

Our must-haves:

  • Experience in supporting end users in a larger organization.
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Managed Desktop - Laptops.
  • Experience in troubleshooting/supporting Windows 10 and Window 11
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (2016, 2019, 2021, or O365)
  • Experience with Cisco WebEx technology.
  • Experience in AV conference rooms technology.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of desktop virtualization technologies and tools, this will be advantageous, although not a necessity.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP and IP addressing.
  • Basic understanding of O365/M365 endpoint management and Intune.
  • Travel might be required across other European Offices
