As our new Senior Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of finished goods across global markets. Acting as the single point of contact for external partners, you will oversee inventory, freight, systems, and reporting while driving process improvements and digitalization initiatives. This role requires strong leadership in system adoption, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to deliver best-in-class customer service and logistics execution.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee finished goods inventory levels across all third-party facilities, escalating issues and driving process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage freight operations and documentation, ensuring compliance with international logistics requirements and timely deliveries.
  • Lead logistics setup for new market entries, coordinating distribution flows, systems, and customer service processes.
  • Act as ERP Super User and process owner, driving system adoption, enhancements, and cross-functional training.
  • Produce monthly reporting and analytics on customer service and logistics KPIs, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF), demand coverage, and speed to market.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leading continuous improvement and action planning initiatives.
  • Serve as Business Lead for IT system upgrades, scoping, and testing, including Customer and 3PL Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for external partners, managing escalations and ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to identify and implement cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service excellence.
  • Drive automation and process digitalization initiatives (e.g., increasing % of EDI orders, no-touch order rate, and SLA adherence) to embed best practices in the Order-to-Cash process.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, inventory management, or customer service, preferably in the beer, wine, spirits, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of global logistics processes, systems, and cost management.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and logistics management systems (e.g., o9, QAD).
  • Ability to analyze and report on logistics KPIs, including OTIF, speed to market, demand coverage, and service level adherence.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements, drive system adoption, and manage external stakeholders such as distributors and 3PL partners.
