Position Summary

Borst Landscape & Design is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Identify and propose property enhancements
• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs
• Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
• Utilize Pipedrive to track customer interactions, sales, and account activity

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and account management
• 3+ years of field experience and possess strong horticultural background
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
• Ability to negotiate and understand complex sales processes
• Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus
• Proficient in warm calling techniques to generate new leads
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and customer needs
• Must have a valid NJ driver's license and be comfortable with local travel

Position Range: $65,000 - $75,000 plus commission
