Position Summary

Galbraith Grounds Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of crews engaged in maintaining high-end residential landscapes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about horticulture, client service, and delivering exceptional landscape results.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular garden walks (weekly or bi-weekly) on assigned properties to assess landscape health and identify maintenance needs.
  • Maintain detailed logs of site visits and produce photo-based punch lists to document client requests and crew tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through consistent communication, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging referrals.
  • Identify, estimate, sell, and manage landscape enhancement projects.
  • Operate and manage irrigation systems, including physical controllers and cloud-based smart systems; update programming as needed.
  • Oversee the overall success of landscape maintenance, plant health care, and irrigation services—occasionally performing tasks directly when necessary.
  • Meet crew managers on-site regularly to ensure quality standards are met and foster team camaraderie and respect.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Georgia plant material and regional horticultural practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape management, horticulture, or a related green industry field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with high-end residential clientele.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to following established processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Georgia plant material and regional horticultural practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in horticulture, estate/garden management, landscape architecture, or other relevant green industry experience.
  • Experience with Aspire software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client service.
